Daniel was in a far-off land,
With his friends in a palace grand.
The king wanted them to be strong,
By eating food, they knew was wrong.
Instead of fancy wine and meat,
They asked for vegetables to eat.
When they ate right for just 10 days,
It made them wise in all their ways.

Dear Heavenly Father, we are thankful for the wonderful bodies you have given us, thank you for the unseen hands that guide my way, thank you for the eyes that watch my step, thank you for the care that keeps me safe.
